We're thrilled to offer free shipping free shipping for orders over $50.

USA orders paid for will be fulfilled within 3 days. Our third party shipping company will then take 1-5 days for delivery.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Unlike most brands, we ship every day of the week! However please note that your order can take between 1 –3 business days to fully process.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When we ship your order you will receive an email notification! You'll receive an email with a tracking number if you selected a tracking method. You can visit the shipping courier’s website and enter the tracking number there to stay updated on your order’s shipping status.

HOW WILL AYANA BE SHIPPED?

We use multiple carriers for fulfillment including (USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL). Unfortunately, we’re not able to control the shipping carrier used in any one shipment.
