What does AYANA stand for?

AYANA means “eternal blossom”. Traditions, nature, and authenticity are the foundation and basis of our commitment to you.

Because the use of cosmetics goes back to our ancestral cultures in the Mediterranean area and inspired by these age-old rituals, we decided to perpetuate the tradition and bring Ayana to life.

Why we are different?

We created a unique formula, sourced from the Mediterranean Sea, that brings together exceptional ingredients with extraordinary benefits.

Do you offer samples?

At the moment, Ayana does not offer samples, however we have a 30-day return policy that will allow you to make any returns should your skin not love your Ayana products!

Is the company based in the US?

We are based in New York, United States. We ship from the Big Apple.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Our products have a shelf life of 24 months. Please store your products in a cool dry place.

Are your ingredients clean?

Our products are natural and free of harmful toxins that are often found in other skincare products including GMOs, parabens, sulfates, phthalates, PEGs, nanoparticles, mineral oil and synthetic fragrance.

Do you test on animals?

No, we do not and will never test on animals. We are cruelty-free & vegan, always.

I'm pregnant - can I use AYANA?

That's great news! Yes, our products are safe during pregnancy. If you have serious concerns, we recommend talking to your doctor. However, our products do not contain any chemicals that will harm you or the baby.

Where should I store your products?

Keep all products at room temperature and away from direct sunlight. Ensure that all products are kept away from children as well

Is your packaging recyclable?

We are believers in nature so environmental sustainability is the core of our identify. Our ingredients are sourced from local communities driven by the idea to save the planet. Our outer packaging and boxes are made from high quality recycled materials and glass.

Are your products Gluten Free?

Yes! All our products are gluten free.

Are your products safe to use?

We have conducted clinical studies with our final formulations to prove safety and efficiency. All of our products have been tested at our partner laboratory in France by a dermatologist to ensure they are 100% safe for your skin. They can be used for all skin types without any side effects.

How to Use

Serum

Apply a small amount to the face and neck, morning and night for best results. 

Cleanser

Moisten skin with lukewarm water. Apply a small amount to the fingertips, add a little water and massage into the skin in a gentle, circular motions. Rinse thoroughly.

Oil

Apply 2-3 drops morning and night and massage gently into the skin.

Add to moisturizer or mix with foundation.

Mask

Apply to a wet face and massage gently with your fingertips. Leave the mask on for 5 to 10 minutes without exfoliating, then rinse off with lukewarm water.

Use once or twice a week.

Shipping

Is there free shipping?

Yes! We happily offer free shipping for orders over $50.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at the moment we only ship to the USA.

How long will it take to get my order?

USA orders paid for will be fulfilled within 3 days. Our third party shipping company will then take 1-5 days for delivery.

Are my orders tracked?

Yes, for all USA orders we will provide you with a tracking number.

What happens if I do not collect my parcel?

If you miss your parcel and if it is then not collected from your local post office in 14 days, it will be sent back to our warehouse. If you would like to have it re-shipped, there will be a re-shipping fee of $10 USD.

Are you taking returns?

We want you to love your new skincare routine! If you are not 100% satisfied with your Ayana purchase, please return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Make sure to send us a message at contact@ayanaskin.com and we will make things right for you.
